Prime Performance Technologies, Inc. (PPT) offers two types of annual maintenance and support contracts: Standard and Priority. Priority service is offered on a 7x24 basis with 4-hours on-site with spare parts. Standard service is offered on an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (8x5x5) basis, excluding federal holidays, with a next business day in-service guarantee.

PPT also accepts maintenance and support calls from non-customers on an ad-hoc, T&M basis. There are no in-service guarantees. Depending on the current workload, our technicians could be available the next day or the next week or later. Without a maintenance contract, PPT will not stock spare radios and will not carry a radio hardware advance replacement contract with manufacturers.

For Priority customers we maintain a spare radio and parts inventory at 3 locations – Sterling, VA, Fairfax, VA and Millersville, MD. One or more spares of each and every part installed at any customer’s site are stocked at a location that is closest to the customer.

PPT has maintenance and support contracts with a large number of government and commercial customers. Some contracts have been in place for well over 10 years. The company has always fulfilled its service level agreements and to ensure that it continues to do so, the company only offers maintenance and support contracts to customers within a small part of its operating area.

Customers can facilitate troubleshooting and problem isolation by allowing remote access to their wireless networks.
